Save the date! We invite you all to our next VSC meet­ing, where we’ll be cov­er­ing two great topics!

First, we have a spe­cial pre­sen­ta­tion by Val about ‘Italy Unveiled: A Stereo­scop­ic Trip Through His­to­ry and Art.’ You’ll be tak­en on a vir­tu­al jour­ney through Italy’s rich his­to­ry and cul­tur­al trea­sures, and see the coun­try’s beau­ty in stereo.

Then, we’ll be show­ing a com­mu­ni­ty slideshow fea­tur­ing all the stere­os that YOU sub­mit­ted to our May chal­lenge. It’s a great oppor­tu­ni­ty to see our com­mu­ni­ty from dif­fer­ent per­spec­tives and appre­ci­ate the diver­si­ty and beau­ty of our surroundings.

We will also con­tin­ue our social­iz­ing part and will intro­duce one of our mem­bers in a short interview.

In this pre­sen­ta­tion, it will be my plea­sure to take you on a stereo­scop­ic trip to five of the most breath­tak­ing and enchant­i­ng cities that Italy has to offer: Rome, Flo­rence, Milan, Verona, and Venice. 

Togeth­er, we’ll stroll through his­to­ry and explore world-famous art­works, build­ings, and views, as well as dis­cov­er some hid­den gems that will make you say ‘Mam­ma mia!

Are you ready to add some col­or to your life? We have asked you to sub­mit your stereo pho­tos for the theme “Life in Col­or”. We want to see your inter­pre­ta­tion of what life in col­ors means to you.

Togeth­er, we will look at vibrant land­scapes, col­or­ful street scenes, stun­ning por­traits, and every­thing in between. Once again, we are excit­ed about your sub­mis­sions that show the beau­ty of the world around us through your lens (or two lenses).

The advan­tage of a vir­tu­al com­mu­ni­ty is that we can gath­er online, no mat­ter where we’re from. But we don’t have the chance to social­ize in per­son. That’s why we have a sec­tion called „In-Depth Social­iz­ing“ to get to know each oth­er a bit bet­ter. Each time, we inter­view one or two of our com­mu­ni­ty members.
