Are you won­der­ing what all the shout­ing is about on VR? If you want to play with it your­self, the key might be in your pock­et – your smart­phone and maybe a $20 (US) bill for a view­er. I’ll dis­cuss what VR is, what kinds of smart­phones work, and what this set­up lets you see in VR. I’ll also show you how to cap­ture your sur­round­ings in VR with just your smartphone.
